The Virtual Queue
Currently, all the spoons and other woodenware I make are listed in the VIP Shop. If you’d like to buy something I’ve made, that’s the only place to get it. You’ll notice that you need a password to access that part of the website. If you join the Virtual Queue below, you’ll get a password when it’s your turn. It’s the fairest and most civilised way to do this, I think.
Join The Virtual Queue
I have created a virtual queue. Join the queue by adding your name to the list using the form below. When you reach the top of the queue, I’ll let you and a few others in to peruse the spoons at your leisure. I’ll send out a super secret password, giving a few people access to the V.I.P Shop for a limited time. You can join the queue again later if you wish. You will still be able to buy tools and books from the regular shop at any time. I may put the odd spoon up there as well to keep things exciting!
**Note: The queue has become very long. I don’t feel comfortable that people are having to wait a very long time so for the time being, I am not taking any new entries to the queue. I will open it up again when I have reduced the queue significantly. As always, thanks for your interest and patience.
Excuse me, is this the queue for Hewn? Yes!
*Note: This is not a mailing list. By using this form, you’re opting to receive two emails: a confirmation email now and an invitation email when you reach the top of the queue, containing your password to enter the VIP Shop. Your details will then be deleted and you won’t receive any more emails unless you make another entry using the form above. If you want to sign up for the mailing list, use the form in the footer below.
Queue Updates
If you’d like to know which position you currently hold in the queue, you can request an update by using the form below.
There will be times in the coming year when the queue moves slowly or not at all, as I devote time to renovating our little house here. To be honest, I’d love to be flat out making spoons but it makes more financial sense for me to take on a lot of the renovation work myself. Please be patient with me. I won’t let others into the shop ahead of you!
In meantime, I’ll be carving as many spoons as I can…
