Shipping Information
International orders are sent via An Post at the following rates. Spoons are very light and generally fall in to the lowest weight category.
Ireland and Northern Ireland* - UPS Standard service at €9.36 flat rate.
UK - Registered post at €12.50 - €21.00, depending on weight.
Europe and rest of world - Registered post at €13.00 - €21.00, depending on weight.
*Unfortunately, Northern Ireland is not a shipping option on this platform so if you’re in Northern Ireland, I advise choosing Ireland as your shipping country. That way, you’ll be charged the correct amount.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within a day. Certain items, including spoon blanks and billets are made to order. These items may take up to a few days to post. If you need your order by a certain date, I encourage you to let me know in the comment section.
Delivery
Packages should delivered the next day within the Rep. of Ireland and Northern Ireland. 3-5 days should be allowed for deliveries to the UK. Deliveries to the EU and the rest of the world take 6-14 days. In the approach to Christmas, deliveries often take a little longer.
A tracking number is supplied with all orders which can be used to track the parcel on the An Post website or via the UPS website. Simply click the tracing number in your notification email.

Returns
Returns within 30 days will be accepted without question. The only exception to this is where the product has been clearly used or personalised, e.g. carved with an initial. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, contact me and we'll work it out. Even initials can often be carved out!

Cancellations
Workshops
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the workshop date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If I have someone on the waiting list who is able to take the place, I will refund you in full.
Unfortunately, I cannot refund cancellations within one week of the workshop date. If you would like to transfer your ticket or voucher to someone else, you're welcome to do so.
Online Classes
You are able to cancel or reschedule your booking, using the link in your confirmation email, up to a week in advance of the class. Cancellations within a week of the class are subject to a 50% cancellation Fee. Let me know what’s going on. I can often reschedule you to the next available date without a cancellation fee.
