Introduction to spoon carving at the lovely Common Knowledge Centre, near Ennistymon, Co. Clare. This will be a weekend workshop covering all aspects of spoon carving. You’ll make your own butter knife and spoon during the weekend. Breakfast and lunches will be made for you by the amazing Ashley Gribben, served at the Centre.
